As one of the leading employers and tax-payers in the Irkutsk region, Nitol Solar participates in tackling the social issues of the region and implements a positive discrimination employment policy.

We provide substantial support to small and medium sized businesses in the region and to war veterans, the disabled, the retired and orphans through municipal educational, cultural and social programs and development of youth and sport talent.

In 2006–2007 the Company was awarded both regional and national prizes and diplomas as an “Enterprise of high social effectiveness”. In addition, the Company was awarded a diploma from the Governor of Irkutsk for its significant contribution to social and economic development in the region.
