People are our most valuable asset. Nitol Solar’s wealth and competitive ability depend on them. Today the staff of the company is made up of 5,500 highly professional supervisory officials, specialists and qualified workers who are proficient in specialist technologies and who produce many thousands of tonnes of first-class chemical products of world-leading quality.

Our contracts provide a number of social guarantees which allows us to attract and retain the best workforce. We have also adopted a corporate youth policy which is in the process of being implemented through the creation of our youth organisation, Nitol-SM. This includes a number of young supervisory officials, specialists and workers, and works for a number of good causes including building of orphanages, youth forums, festivals, scientific conferences and sport and leisure activities.
